These terms apply to French classes, coaching and exam preparation provided by Jamike Ugochukwu Okoroji ("Monsieur Jam"). By booking a class, you agree to them.
Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A class is confirmed when I reply by email with the date, time and fee, you pay, and I confirm your payment. You will then be asked to sign a Learning Agreement in your journal account, which sets out your programme and what we each commit to.
Fees depend on the class type and number of sessions, and are agreed in writing before classes start. Payment is due before the first session of each booked package unless we agree otherwise.
Classes take place online. Please join from a quiet place with a working microphone and a stable internet connection. Time lost to connection problems on the student's side cannot be added to the end of a session.
Preparation for TEF Canada, TCF Canada, DELF and DALF is designed to improve your skills and confidence. I cannot guarantee a particular exam score or result, which depends on many factors outside my control.
Materials I create and share are for your personal learning. Please do not resell or publish them without permission.
I expect respectful communication in all classes and may end a session or arrangement if this is not respected.
